Teacher Incentive Packages for CPD Compliance
This is one of a series of four sensitization areas hosted by Cledor Education under the auspices of the National Teaching Council (NTC), titled Sensitization on Education Policies. All in-service teachers in public and private institutions within the selected districts are encouraged to participate fully to familiarize themselves with the Ghana Teacher Prize (Best Teacher Award Scheme) and how they may present themselves for selection into the various national and international award categories.
Purpose
This part will equip in-service teachers with all necessary insights into the Ghana Teacher Prize as one of the key standards for teacher professionalization in Ghana.
Objectives
Participants will
- Gain insights into the background and purpose of the Ghana Teacher Prize (GTP).
- Understand the application and selection process for the GTP.
- Work towards meeting the requirements for selection into the GTP Award.
Program Certification
Participants who meet the workshop requirements will receive a Certificate of Attendance issued in electronic format.
