Anyone eager to learn a new skill may take an online course at Cledor. However, minors (persons below the age of 18) will need the consent of an adult to be able to complete a course with us. Also, course attendees will need access to an internet-enabled device such as a smartphone, tablet, or computer.  

Visit our courses page and select any of the categories and courses available there that interest you. Once you open a course link, you can read all the information you need about the course, including CPD credits (if any), costs, and directions on how you can enroll. Tap or click on “Take this course” on the page, then go to “Add to basket” then to “View basket” where you can confirm the quantity to buy and the amount to be paid before you proceed to checkout. Once confirmed, tap or click on “Proceed to checkout” and fill in your personal information. Accept the terms and conditions and then tap or click on “Place order” to make your payment either by mobile money or debit/credit card.

Simply log into your account dashboard and click on the course name. All courses that you buy will appear on your dashboard. Accessing them is very easy and straightforward. Once you have opened a course, scroll down to the end of the course page to see the contents that you are to study. Click on the first one to open and begin your study.

Yes, we are only able to offer courses in English as the medium of instruction at this time.

Yes, you can take any number of courses that you want, so long as you can make time to study and meet the course requirements.

Sometimes, your mobile money or card provider may experience some downtime or your internet connectivity may not be strong enough. Each of these situations may cause your payment not to go through and delay. Whenever you meet such a situation, simply try using a different mobile money wallet or card. You may also move to an area where the internet connection is better, or wait and try again after some time if the problem persists. 

Thanks to the many advancements in technology, online learning works very much similar to the traditional learning experience that you may already be used to, except that instructors and course attendees may be thousands of miles apart from one another. Your course instructor will help you with materials on how to connect to the classroom and use its features if it is your first time doing so. Once you do it once, you will find that you may even prefer online learning to traditional face-to-face classrooms depending on what the course objectives are.
